Yoga for Healing Trauma Group

8 Tuesdays (every week for 8 weeks)

$208 for all 8 sessions

Each meeting of this 8-session group will include time for checking in, lessons on how specific yoga practices help with trauma recovery, and guided practice so you will experience the effects in your own body. Most importantly, you’ll learn ways to regulate and re-set your nervous system you can use every day.

We’ll keep the group small. It won’t be too strenuous. You don’t need experience or special clothes or a flexible body. LGBTQ+, size, and culture affirming, for sure.

This offering is a true hybrid of therapy and yoga. Due to licensing restrictions, I can only welcome participants currently located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Ohio. Thanks for understanding!

a group for people somewhere in the menopause transition

8 Wednesdays (every other week for 16 weeks)

January 22; February 5 and19; March 5 and 19; April 2, 16, and 30

We were never meant to do this alone.

This will be a small group of people who are somewhere in perimenopause (which can start as early as mid-30’s, often in 40’s) or just through the menopause transition. We’ll certainly share resources and ideas, but the purpose and intention of this group is to offer deep support, recognition, affirmation, connection, and opportunities for insight and expanding perspective during this challenging time of transition. We’ll always start with grounding and some mindfulness practice. I’ll always make soup, so you’ll go home nourished in all kinds of ways.

We’ll meet 8 times over the course of 16 weeks. Everyone’s presence will be important for this group to become a strong and sturdy container for people’s collective and deeply individual experiences, so please sign up only if you can commit to being with us (1 absence could be ok).
